Pocket change camp was amazing! I don't know how they did it, but my kids couldn't wait to go back each day. In addition to the education on money matters (which is why we selected the camp), they received so many other genuinely enriching experiences. Their days were well organized and balanced so that they did not get bored or overwhelmed with "filler" activities that other camps advertise but do not deliver. This camp was worth every penny. We will be back for sure!

My child had a fantastic time at Pocket Change BDA Fall Camp. They had a large selection of activities like golf, learning about growing plants, painting, and much more. In addition to that, he learned about Financial Literacy in a fun way. At the end of the camp, he was more motivated to reach his goal of starting his own company to become financially free and give him the freedom to travel around the world.

My child may often like a camp, but it might not be best for him. This time I felt secure as a parent because they had two certified teachers on site. The teachers seemed very attentive, and I never arrived without seeing a teacher in the room. I plan to send my child to their camp again because I know my child will be safe and have fun while exploring and learning something new.

My children were not excited to try a new camp over the Easter break but after day 1, all I hear about is PocketChange! They came home each day excited by what they learned and all of the fun they had. The highlight for them was to hear kidpreneurs share about their businesses.
Now they're thinking about ways to create a business for themselves. After the initial reluctance, the kids declared that they will DEFINITELY be going back to PocketChange!
As a parent, I found Shantel really easy to work with. She answered all of my questions with patience and really made sure that I felt comfortable with trusting my children to her and her team. I will definitely sign my children up for PocketChange again.

This year the Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation's Girls 2 Ladies Teen camp engaged in 2 workshops with Pocket Change BDA. The girls were completely drawn into the presentation and learned a lot from the presentation.
At the end of the first presentation, the girls were able to explain what an asset and liability is.
Shantel was a great presenter. The information was relayed on a level that made it easy to learn and retain.
The girls looked forward to the second presentation and wanted to learn more.
All staff enquired about a presentation for adults because they learned so much from the presentation and was excited to hear that Pocket Change presents to adults too.
I plan to learn more from Shantel for myself. I appreciate Shantel for following her vision and creating Pocket Change BDA.
